TPG's founder, Katherine "Kat" Paschal, has over two decades of experience working with some of the most delightfully difficult & most successful entities & people across multiple industries. Kat is known for having helped revolutionize social media for the performance horse industry & for bringing virtual training & behind-the-scenes sporting event coverage mainstream.

Known for her groundbreaking successes, revolutionary undertakings, work ethic, and with more amazing mentors over the years that can be named, though there is one that stands out above all the others:  Kat's grandmother, Madge Reid, wife of & business manager for Cowboy Hall of Fame Inductee, actor, & legendary cowboy artist Ace Reid, of Cowpokes. "Mama (grandmother Madge's nickname) taught me more about business than anyone. She very often reminded me that 'Attitude is everything' & I used to overthink it & take it extremely literally, so it sank in a little later in life. I am so grateful for the five years I spent running The Paschal Group in the same town my grandmother lived in after they sold the ranch & moved to town.

 

I got to help her continue to run Cowpokes & when she would hear me on the phone with a client of TPG & I was clearly being too sheepish about their late bill that would stir her up. She helped me become a better woman & a better businesswoman. She is the greatest joy I miss about Texas."

 

Kat had the honor of growing up on her grandparents' magical Draggin' S Ranch, TX, U.S.A.  Kat continues to surround herself with a diverse & accomplished team as well as a network of long-term relationships that she turns to today.
